Our house is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes from the center. The nearest ski lifts (Schloßkopf) can be reached in just 5 minutes. One of our 5 bright and comfortably furnished guest rooms can be your vacation home. Our rooms are all equipped with new shower and toilet.
The free local bus stops directly in front of our house. The bus frequent takes you every ½ hour to the center of Lech or to all other part in Lech (Zug, Stubenbach, Oberlech and Zürs) - you can feast on a hearty breakfast in the morning
- only a few minutes away you are able to reach gourmet restaurants or delicious italian pizzeria. (in only 5 to 10 minutes)

The mountains of Lech - regenerate and enjoy your holiday. | Under our house starts one of the beautiful Lech winter hiking around the countryside around Lech foot. Take the local bus you can be different starting points for beautiful winter hikes come as then to run to Zürs to Lech (our personal favorite), to wander on the train to go to romantic Zugertal, Sun Hiking in Lech, scenic walk on the Rüfikopf.
In the immediate vicinity of the new sports park Lech with sauna, bowling, tennis, fitness center and more.
