Sleeps 5–7 people in four cosy bedrooms – ideal for families, friends and groups.

Enjoy your stay at Haus Muggengrat – comfortable, welcoming and very close to the Lech mountains. Our prices are per night and apartment, including WiFi, parking and all taxes. The visitor's tax is €5.09 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over.

For even more comfort, we offer a daily bread roll service (bread is charged separately) and, on request, a weekly cleaning service.
A ski room is available for your equipment, and the free local bus (for guests from Lech Zürs) stops right next to the house.

Information regarding final cleaning

We have deliberately waived a final cleaning fee and therefore ask you to leave your holiday home in a clean and tidy condition on the day of departure.

*KA = short break. PLEASE NOTE: As sometimes only a short break is possible, we also rent out our rooms for short stays. Weekends are often only possible at short notice, Sunday to Thursday is usually easier. But please just contact us – we will do whatever we can!!!

Sauna
We do not have a sauna in the house, but the Lech Sports Park with a beautiful sauna area is located in our neighbourhood – we are happy to provide you with towels for this, which means you do not pay for the sauna in the room price, but only if you actually use it – www.sport-park-lech.at

Each bedroom includes
Cable TV with a large selection of national and international TV channels, free WiFi internet access, in-room safe.

You can also hire fun Zipfelbobs sledges for the toboggan run in Oberlech from us.

For short stays, we ask for cash payment or advance bank transfer.

We kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

Terms and Conditions
The standard terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply, with the exception of our own cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are unpleasant for both you and us.

Cancellation fees apply in the event of cancellation. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Dogs
Are very welcome here. The cost per day is €7, plus a deposit of €100, which will be refunded on departure (provided no chairs have been ‘nibbled’ or the carpet misused as a ‘toilet’). Your four-legged friend will also enjoy their stay with us.
